I was having trouble publishing reviews and couldn't figure it out what the issue was. Dawn came on the chat and after a few minutes of reading my situation, was able to guide me through the process efficiently and effectively. If I have future questions, I hope Dawn is on the other end again.

Hard start, but excellent technical and commercial support in the end
We’ve been using Ali Reviews for over 2 years. Recently we faced a serious issue with the Amazon importer and SEO schema. While the initial support was a bit slow, once the management and the DEV team (shoutout to Lauren and Dawn) stepped in, they took our feedback seriously. They fixed the technical bugs and offered us a very fair long-term deal to compensate for the downtime. It’s a powerful tool, and it’s good to know they stand behind their long-term customers when things get complicated. Recommended for their commitment to fixing issues.
