We have some awesome news for you! The Email Review Reminder and Old Order Review Request features, as well as the New Onboarding Flow, have been officially released.

These are great ways to even more personalize your work on Ali Reviews, increase engagement, and re-engage previous customers.

Email Review Reminder

You only need to choose the Email Review Reminder option; a review reminder will be automatically sent to your customers after a certain number of days for defined order statuses. You can schedule reminders to be sent up to 60 days after the original review request was sent.

It’s an optional feature that helps you ensure that all customers who purchase your product leave a review.

The Review Reminder option is only available on the Essential, Premium, and Enterprise plans.

Old Order Review Request

Old Order Review Request is a new feature that will be effective for customers who install the Ali Reviews app after November 22, 2021. It allows users to send out bulk review requests to previously completed orders before using Ali Reviews.

It is a helpful feature to get more authentic reviews from previous buyers. Old customers are those who experienced the products and will be the ones to give their honest opinions about them.

You can send review request emails for orders that were fulfilled within the last 60 days by default.

Besides, to prevent spamming or disturbing old customers, this feature will incorporate all of their orders into a single email and send it to each customer individually.

The Old Order Review Request feature is only available on the Essential, Premium, and Enterprise plans.

Apply New Onboarding Flow

Ali Reviews welcomes new users by creating their own Ali Reviews with a smart personalized onboarding flow based on their type and business model. This way, they’ll be provided with content and functionality more tailored to their needs, saving more time and effort.

Pro tip: Use the Discount feature with Email Review Reminder and Old Order Review Request to entice your customers to submit photo reviews. Boost the opportunity of a return purchase.
